The convocation was beautiful and really heartfelt and personal, but that's to be expected in such a small private school! I got the Premier Citizenship award, so I have a fancy-dancy plaque in my room. ^^
Then came the banquet, which was sweet and hilarious and great. We took lots of pictures (too many, it seemed at the time) and had good food (though there was quite a lot of fat on the steak...eww).
So, overall, grad was great.
Now on to art stuff...I have done 3 Disney Series portraits and a lot more are coming. I'm not working on them for now, as I'm drawing Ben Barnes from "Prince Caspian" (squee!). He'll be up by the end of the week, most likely, unless his scarf gives me more grief than I imagined. Then I will start on the 4th Disney piece, and who it is I won't tell you...yay for surprises!

Those Disney portraits sound awesome! I will check 'em. And mmm, Ben Barnes- sounds good to me (still, Leeland takes top prize. Heh). Good luck with the scarf, and your diploma!

Thankies! ^^
They are quite fun, though, yes, Ben Barnes is taking up my time (rather, his darn scarf). But I can't complain because I chose a picture with his scarf for a challenge, so it's really testing my skills and patience.
Diploma! *dies*

Haha, exactly! Persevere through, my dear. Trials produce patience, as the Bible so wisely says.
Oh, come on. You'll be fine. You're smarter than a box of Smarties.
